Not sure whose poop but it is a bit softer than usual.. usually when i poo pick its hard ish but for past day its been a bit squidgy..

Any advice ? Should i cut down on veggies?

:D Are the poops still the right shape? I don't think that soft poops are much to worry about. But if they are oddly shaped, there could be an underlying issue. Just see how they go for a day or two. Some meds can cause changes in the shape and texture of poops.

Yeah they are still pretty much the normal shape.. just softer.. i have not given them as much veg today and they always have tons of hay.. will keep an eye on them both.. (no meds)

:D Funny thing, but Cedar's poops went quite soft a couple of months ago, when I gave them all Timothy hay for a week. :hmm: Everyone else's were fine and normal. Since going back to their usual Ings hay, Cedar's poops have returned to normal.

They have the B&M timothy and dandelion hay .. always had this.. they love it.. still plenty of poo about but hard to see who is doing what without separating them..

Only thing different is the carrot topped hay house they have had for about a week.. they only get this ar floor time about 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day..

I had a scare (or possibly an overreaction :hmm:) earlier this week with soft poops.
Turns out one someone had done a wee on a pile of poops and then bounced through them, making a bit of a poopy mess. :vom:
Everyone was actually fine...
Fingers crossed yours is something simple (and less gross) than this

Hmm nice mess....... they are dirty sometimes !

Remove the carrot house perhaps and monitor poops (they give us lots of indications as to what is going on inside and I'm a poop fanatic !)
Reduce veggies if you feel it is necessary - try a probiotic like Fibreplex or Avipro to see if it helps.

OMG ... the guilt I felt this morning when not giving them any veggies :(
Pippin jumped into the hay tray and bent over to eat the veggies and gave me a look of confusion ....... I said sorry....
my daughter was horrified claiming THEY WILL STARVE !!
will see what the poo is like today !
