Now A Rescue

today I was asked to take 4 guinea pigs. When I arrived to collect I sexed them on the spot to find 3 boars and 1 sow living together. They were dirty and smelly and been put in a run with just mud
The worst thing is the people had no clue to the fact they shouldn't all be living together and that the boars were fighting.
The sow is also pregnant!
I now officially call myself a rescue.

Oh no that's terrible! It's only common sense that if you put three boars and a sow together it will result pregnancy! Poor sow being pestered by those boars. It is great you've called yourself a rescue.

Aww! I hope the sow will have a problem free pregnancy and the boys are paired up with their life mate

Surely it is common sense if you keep males and females together you are going to end up with babies!! I assume they can't have been together long or they would have had unwanted pregnancies before now. It make me so cross to hear of things like this! Sorry for my rant! Well done to you for taking care of them and I am sure a new loving home will be found for them. I may have to have a sneaky peak when i come to collect 'William'.

That is now 34 we have took in in the last 6 months with 14 been rehomed so far
