I have recently posted on the illness forum about one of my boars Bruce who has had an abcess (still not quite better but getting there). Today i have gone to the hutch to put out the piggies and one of the other boars (there are three) has got two cuts on his nose (small) and two small ones on his bum. This boar is called Hardy and the other boar Laurel has never really liked him but Bruce gets on with them both. They have never fought before just rumbled and strutted a bit for dominance. The reason I say that they are not over keen on Hardy is because he is often outside of the hidey holes on his own like a lepar! Is it time to split them up? They are exactly one year old. I just dont know what is going wrong. First Bruce gets ill and now they are falling out! AHHHH! :o
