Nugget hoarding!?

So we woke up this morning to find our boys had completely emptied their nugget bowl.... they hadn't eaten them though!.. They decided to move the whole amount of nuggets to a hidden corner ?.... It's the first time they've done this.... I'm not worried or anything but just wondered if anyone knew why they would have done it?

To me it sounds like they may be hamsters in disguise. I have a one year old hamster that does this as do most hamsters it makes me wonder why they sell food bowls for hamsters when they are going to empty it any second

Hamsters are said to be nocturnal, but I think my hamster is always awake, because as soon as i refill her food dish she comes out and empties it.

Yes mine gets up anytime I walk past her cage I think she's scared of missing anything and she tends to only stay up til about 3am as a result lol
