It was clean out time again last night, as i was shaking the bin bag to fully open it up Toffee Was popcorning and going mad! SO i carried on just shaking the bin bag and she carried on having a popcorn fit and jumping from one end of the run to the other in one jump, she had us in stiches!

Then when it was all over and they were back in their cage i was hoovering up the mess and she was popcorning like mad again to the sound of the hoover and wheeking so loud my OH could hear her from upstairs over the sound of the hoover!

I thought these 2 things would scare piggies not excite them :))

Anyone else's piggies like this?

:)) Awww bless, Maybe she thought it was a giant bag of food! All that rustling. Cookie also goes popcorn mad at bin bags when i'm cleaning out cage, think she's dreaming of giant lettuce leaves...

Popcorning at the hoover though thats really funny :)) Silly Toffee. How's Lilly doing? x

He is fine thanks, so far it doesn't seem as if there is going to be a repeat so i am really really happy, he is hovering at around 1020g which is still just over 200g less than what he was before all of this started, but he is 3 and half so i didn't expect him to put it all back on, he is still happy and healthy so i'm pleased.

Toffee really is a silly billy though :))

Hope your both well and your piggies are ok.....?xx

:)) Think you should try and video the popcorning! Would love to see it drool x)

Glad Lilly is well, was thinking how he was doing this morning and meant to ask, your thread jogged my memory. Girls are well, Treacle is recovering well from her UTI touch wood, thanks x

Think i must have missed her thread if there was one... as i haven't seen it, sorry, good girl treacle, keep up the quick recovery.

I will try to video it next time she is doing it, but knowing her she will stop when i want to record it, she does the bird chirping as dusk and as soon as she hears movement (as in me getting my phone to try and record ) she stops! She is a tease.

xx

He he :)) They do have a 6th sense for camera's and any type of recording equipment. I'm sure they sweep the room for bugs like the CIA do in films :)) to make sure you don't catch them on film without their express permission :))

Chirping! Wow! I've only seen that a few times with our girls, it's very eerie almost trance like...

To be fair she has not done it for a few months now, unless i just dont hear her as they used to be in our bedroom, but now in the lounge downstairs,

But she would only ever do it just as it was starting to get light, she would sit at the food bowl in a daze and just chirp away like a bird, the other 2 must have been asleep or hiding as there wasn't a peep from them, she went through a faze of doing it every night/day for a while but then it got more and more rare and now its non existant, it was so lovely to hear. I hope she hasn't grown out of it.
