odd eating habit

I once had the pleasure of sharing my life with a Westie called Molly who, on a hot day would lie infront of her water bowl while drinking. She used to make me smile every time.
Well, I now share my life with a corronet rescue gal by the name of Cupcake and I have noticed a little trait of hers that is somewhat familiar. She will go to the nuggets bowl, nibble a couple of nuggets then proceed to lie down in front of the bowl and nom away at the nuggets. I daren't move to take a foto as she is still skittish at sudden moves.
I might get her a chaise longue and peel her some grapes.
 
Haha! Sound like adorably lazy pigs! When she does tame up and if she still does it please take a pigture:):):)
 
Hehe, my Dottie does exactly the same rolleyes and when she's eating her hay i just catch her lying there with her chicken legs sticking out :))

We definitely have lazy piggies!
 
My guinea pig Gilbert does the exact same thing. He sets his two front feet straight out in the bowl, lays down and noms on the food. It's quite cute but it's so lazy.

Occasionally Ludwig does it to but it's much rarer for him.
 
I had a lazy pig just like that! He lie down next to the bowl and he'd only move his head to get more food. He wasn't keen on exercise either :))

I have quite a few of them - Caron amongst them! x)

But it is great; it means that she is completely relaxed and happy in her surroundings.
 
My guniea pigs do the same apart from they tip the bowl up onto its side and lie there eating it from the ground rolleyes
