Odd foot?

I got my two first piggies on monday, Herbert & Pepper (my nephew wanted a pepper pigmallethead)

i picked up Hebert today and noticed that the smallest toe/claw (i dont know what its called) on both back feet seem to be floppy and no sturdyness to them, as though theyre not even attached its really odd

I looked at my other piggies to see if that just how they are but his arent like that at all

I wondered if its anything i should worry about or if its normal?
