My piggy was standing there looking like he wanted to throw up in front of the other pig.

Is this normal? She seems fine and hasn't done it scine.

Also she's always look like she's chewing and her teeth are fine.

Has your vet checked whether something could be stuck in her mouth?

Guinea pigs do chew on crud they have in their mouth. has your vet checked the back teeth, too? they are often not easily visible because of the gunk in the mouth. If in doubt, please see a vet as we can only go by your description and that means basically guessing as much you do.
 
I've not taken her to the vets.

Just had a quick. Look at her teeth.

Maybe I should go get her looked at

If the front teeth are slanted, jagged or are are inwards pointing, then something is wrong. If they are neat and even looking (i.e. they are selfs-harpening), then the back teeth are usually fine. Beware of the vet who will clip any front teeth on spec because they are looking too long - lower incisors always look to long to the unininitiated. By cutting them arbitrarily, they will only help to unbalance the dental system.
The more hay you feed, the better the crucial back teeth are ground down; they have evolved to grow in balance with the abrasive silica in hay and grass as the main piggy diet.

I would certainly see a vet if you have indication that
a) the front teeth are not looking right
b) your piggy continues to gag
c) it is losing weight (when worried, please switch from the weekly check-up and weigh-in to weighing daily at the same time. Be aware that the weight can swing 40g in a day between an empty/full bladder and tummy.
 
My Cocoa did this not too long ago as well but hasn't done it since. Maybe your piggy got something caught in her teeth? If she continues to heave, I would certainly take a trip to the vet
 
Yea she's only done it the once. That I've noticed.

And the other pig was just lookin at her as to say. The hell you doing lol
