Off to vets tomorrow, squeaks when pooing

Storm has been on metacam this week, as per vet's instructions. Unfortunately I have been ill myself and unable to go to vets. However, had her out tonight, still squeaking when passing. Gave her baytril and metacam and going back to vets. Is baytril ok? Have read that 0.2ml twice a day is too little? Would septrim be better? Really worried about her xx
 
Aww how is Storm today? Hope she is in less pain poor little thing.
