So last night my OH, who when he met me knew little else about guinea pigs other than they're small, furry and squeak a lot, told me he's thinking about getting his own guinea pigs! He's been secretly researching housing and how to build C&C cages, and would love to get 2 of his own to join our merry group of 4 :) This is provided we have the space and the estate agents allow us to, and it wouldn't be until we were certain we could renew our tenancy :) But yay! He's officially a piggie person! :))
 
How wonderful! In my experience few people who have spent 24 hours in my home with my boys have resisted being converts.
 
They claim your heart eventually! My partner wasn't keen but now adores my six pigs :)
 
It's amazing, I really love how much he loves them! I can't wait to see if we end up with 2 more :)) He said he's willing to split the costs if he gets his own (I still pay everything for them at the moment, because all 4 of them are mine and I love them!) and he wants to build a C&C; I'd love to see what happens :) x
 
Its fab :) I know how you mean. I love watching James cuddling the piggies. He natters away to them when he thinks I'm not around and was so excited the first time the girls ate from his hand. I really hope you and your other half can add to your piggie group :)p
