i dont have a run for mine, i use up boxes etc to make a run on the lawn.. easier and you can have it as big or as small as you wish :)

I don't have an outdoor run at the moment, but the lavander lodge I have is huge so that is used as a running area plus I bring the boys in in the morning and the girls in the afternoon for a play for an hour and half in the hall. I would prefer a run but we are getting diy in our garden so thought its best to wait until that is done.

I only got a run for mine fairly recently and I barely use it because its ALWAYS raining :( , but if you have an empty, carpeted hallway (block the stairs) you can let them lose in their. I put my cage outside for the fresh air on warmer days, and you can pick grass for them :) If your gardens fenced in properly you could even let them run loose, but I'm too scared to do that. As oong as you give them the benefits of an outdoorm run in other ways it doesnt matter if you dont have one :)

You can put it outside I suppose ! and for £8.99 ! They aint 98) loony at all for that price !

Yup, I agree with Patchy - I'm a big fan of those little pens - I've got two and link them together. I've used them both indoors and outdoors (with vigilant supervision outdoors). Only the most super agile guinea would be able to jump over them, and if they are on grass they are usually too busy stuffing their faces to bother trying! ;D

That's what I am getting next month, once I've paid for my car insurance, it's so cheap! I'll probably get two one for the boys and girls. :)

I wasn't sure on the size but it looks big enough can more pieces be added in to make it bigger?

Louise

Oh yes Louise - if you buy two you can easily join them together - each panel is about 13" long and there are 8 panels on each pen, so it's not a bad wee size at all. :)

Oh thats excellent! I'll get ordering! :) Its great to get reviews I've been wanting to get these but wasnt' sure they were ok for the size.

I've got 2 of these pens which i join together, they're great, can be used inside or outside and are easily stored away, plus very cheap! My girls tend to just sit in one corner of them outside and eat but inside they love it, id recommend them x

Oh, that's what that big yellow thing in the sky today was, I'd forgotten what it looked like ;)

I wouldnt like to trust piggys in one of those outside,They are only around 9" high and no roof so a piggy could quite easily jump over and get lost

Word of warning with those, one of our boys managed to vault over them, we had to get taller fences!

As you say vault do you mean climb or knock over ?

I'll show you:

these are supposed to be for hamsters etc, small rodents.

for guinea pigs I would rather go for these

http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/rodents/cages/pens_fencing/33111 I had those for my rabbits. but they are 20 quid.. :(

Or just use Argos grid to make a run, and cover it with the nets that you get cheap on zooplus?

They are 5 pound I think...
