She replied to my enquiry about her bird...

hi yes we still have rosella for sale and no pics I'm afraid postcode is
so16 3gn
thanks

Way too far for us to check out i think :-\ Anyone else near?!?

i live near to southampton, i looked on the map according to that postcode she lives in Swaythling on the notorious 'flower estate' i could go round to check out the conditions, who knows it might not be as bad as we think! ::)

whats the flower estate like? :o Dish the dirt!

it would be great if you could check! O0

Ooh yay! yes it certainly would be great if you checked :) It prob doesnt look bad :( maybe she has all the others hidded away so you dont suspect anything?

The Flower Estate? Is that a rough area or something?

Shocking :( She must be trying to breed for some "profit" or something. I don't believe it's an adult tbh as judging by the way she acts she can't be surely?

I dont see how oyu could possibly make profit from breeding! With Cindy pregnant she is eating and drinking DOUBLE! and how you coujld have the heart to do it anyway >:( its just sick!

But if they are getting hold of parrots and than selling them :-\ than they may be trying too. I worked in a pet store in the past which sold parrots and they where SO expensive :o

how about giving the RSPCA a call and say we think there might be something dodgy going on there?

Thats a good idea :)
Did you notice both the parrot ones said "last years baby" ? now thats dodgy!

yup i think in that case the RSPCA or someone needs to know about this pretty urgent

yep :( def for someone like the RSPCA to deal with... its wrong and needs to stop! :)

who is callng the rspca? i have got the postcode off her, i posted it earier, like i said its too far for us to go check out...whats happening? we have to do something! :o

sadly i doubt the rspca will be able to do any thing, the site wont be able to do much , at the end of the day sick as it is , she/they arnt breaking any laws , she/they are probley responding to 'free to a good home' add & then selling on for a profit/ request , i doubt any animals spend more than a few days in the 'home', before sold on, and its not against any law, because sadly peple who are sick of the hassel there animals are causing will be glad to 'get rid of them' to this 'lovely woman & her sweet daughter/grandaughter' & someone eles will think they are 'rescuing' an unwanted pet for a small amount of money & getting it out of an unloved home, i had a neigbour once who did just that & made money each week by doing so , so wasnt likely to stop, dogs , cats , furries , feathered & reptile, >:(
