2 foot long by 1.3 foot wide! Just over two and a half square feet floor space!

How can that person sell that?
 
Arghhhh why oh why do they do this? It's not big enough at all! I wouldn't put a mouse in something like that! I'm now thinking the more space the better, sod the basic requirements! My boys love their C&C Cage and are sooo happy with 6ft x 4ft space! I feel so sad for any animal having to live in that!

No good for every day living but perfect with a run outside and somewhere for them to hide it is quite nice tho i would buy it for the run

I sent the seller a very polite email stating minimum hutch sizes for piggies and suggested she change the listing to guinea pig hidey house suitable for run :-\
 
I thought mine was small only just meeting the requirments-mines actually DOUBLE the size of that! :tickedoff:
Maybe we should all email the owner like Lavenderjade and politely tell them the requirments
 
they said they didn't recomend it as permenant living quarters,a nd that it was in a big run, i think it is cute, but would only have it as a run shelter
 
It's quite cute really as somewhere to hide up in a large run, I like the colours, but not on its own, thats just madness! :)
 
I'm useless with guessing sizes, but I looked at it and went "hey, that looks like the size my pigs are living in...." and had a wee panic thinking maybe I was being a cruel mummy. I had to take measurements before I realised that my cage is over twice that. ;D I'm useless, lol.
 
It would be okay if it was in a big run, or a freerange shed :)
