I'm not sure where to post this so here goes!

As some of you will know I have three girls, two of which gave birth in november, I have kept two of the boys.

All the guineas live in my lounge in two seperate cages the three girls and two boys and are a sofa apart, the last couple of nights have been very very noisy especially during floor time but last night about 9pm after floor time at 'bedtime' the noise between the two cages was just amazing! I have never heard so much noise in my life!
The boys are 10 weeks old does this have something to do with it?
Will it always be this noisy? this is the first time that they have made this level of noise!
Do i need to have sows and boars in seperate rooms?

Sorry if i posted in the wrong place!

What sort of noise... squeaks or teeth chattering?

Defo not chattering i have heard do this at the boys thru the cage!
I thought it sounded like she was in pain wheek its queiter almost a sad 'wheek' 8...

Are you sure that one of the girls was not in season?

Maybe..... after what you said in my other post on sow behaviour, how would i know if she is?

I'm learning more and more everyday and i thought i had done enough research before i got them!

Thankyou!

I think she is defo the silent leader of the trio! So maybe thats why she making the crying type noise...maybe her 'period' is making her as grumpy and as sensitive as I get!

Hoping tonight is quieter! If not may move the boys to the kitchen for the evening!:))
