ruby's escaped from the run for the third time in an hour!
i don't know what it is that's so interesting under my bed but she's determind to explore it; only thing is now she's intent on staying there =[
i'm trying to tempt her out with some grass but it's impossible to scoop her up as she's still skittish... i managed to herd her out first two times but this seems impossible!
ruby why are you such a little mischief! =}

Aww, bless her! She likes the dakness beneath the bed, by the sounds of it. Rocket always does this, except he aims to go underneath the couch instead, and ends up getting stuck behind it... Oh Rocket, why are you such a pest?

just managed to get her in again, attached the run to the cage...and five minutes later she's sat outside of it again
i don't know how she's doing it... @) muffin tried to follow her as well which would be even more exhausting trying to catch two!
fortunately baxter was too busy chewing his shoebox and didn't have time for an exploration :))

Mine used to do this all the time but it eventually got to the point where I just don't bother with a run and let them go wherever they want in my room :))

i'd actually love to do this, but my room's a bit of a tip atm (i'm moving house in a few weeks xx>>>)
maybe once i've moved i'll give it a go and see if it satisfies her =]

Mine's always a bit of a tip but the way I see it it gives them more to explore :)) Rooms getting decorated in 2 weeks though so I don't think I'll be letting them free range my room once I've got new furniture :p

what a clever piggie! god if gilbert escaped from his run...i'd go bizarre. the first time i had him i let him go around the house freely (VERY BAD DECISION) and i blocked off all the wirey stuff....but i guess i did a bad job cause he sneaked there and started nibbling on the wires. since he was still skitttish and i coulndnt get a hold of him i had to keep poking his butt to make him move and get distracted from what he was doing. after that happening a few times i set him up a run and PHEWWW. he's never escaped YET...:p

lol, my pheobe free ranges pretty often as she bites my OH then he just puts her on the floor, then she's gone! she waddles off and ends up under the girls' cage, which has all their supplies underneath! there's always a bag or two with holes in where she's nibbled to get some hay! LOL! bless her. she knows how to get what she wants, our pheebs!

When they discover a dark, tight place, it's hard to keep them out. I have about 2 lines of defense to keep them from getting behind the sofa!
