Ok now were sorted - Cage mate

So olly was supposed to be a cage mate for a berieved lonely piggy but sadly he passed away before we got to meet them up <rip buddy> (he was supposed to be coming to live with me)

Then the whole allergy thing! but thats sorted and now so now I have a single chap who needs a pal! I'm worried hes getting into a bit of a tricky age to introduce another to him (hes about 4/5 months)

He is very lively and cheeky and bossy and has a tendancy to hump so Id def say he would be best suited to a younger pal. But I'm wondering wether it would be my best bet to get him neutered an get him a lady friend?

What do you think?

I would try him with a baby boar first, as any operation carries a risk and also he's quite young to be neutered.

There are lots of piggies in rescue, is there one near you?

Thanks, Yes I think summerleaze is nearish me. I might have to see about buying a larger cage too (he is in a ferplast 100cm one)

I dont want to put olly through an op but I can really see olly being a bit of a nightmare to match up! hes a real cheeky chappy! very bossy indeed but obv I think having a friend is important! I just dont know what to do LOL
