We were doing our weekly check, and Godfrey's feet looked..flakey. Like they had dandruff. It couldn't really be photographed, but is it bumblefoot? Is it my fault? They're seeing a vet soon but I'd like reassurance, I feel I did something hugely bad yo him. Now, nothing is certain but they did look unusual. No wound or swelling, just...flakey.

He may suffer from dry skin as the heating in the house has come on and the air has gone drier. Gorgeous Guineas foot cream may help.

If in doubt, see a vet, but it is definitely not bumblefoot!

Thank you! I know, I know, I was overreacting. I completely, utterly forgot- the heating and drier air, could it be causing excess scratching? There's no hair loss, no signs except tiny white specks in Duncan's fur which could be anything.

Try a little coconut oil on his feet. the change in the weather this time of year makes my skin quite dry so the same is probably true for piggies
