I have just introduced a younger male eught weeks to an older male six months.
I was terrified that they were going to fight, being two males... but I have been amazed by the behaviour.

My older male is obsessed with the younger male, there is some humping and butt sniffing and such things, but nothing aggressive. He herds the wee guy around the floor. Sits beside him while he eats. He got really upset yesterday when I put them in their separate cages for bed... he insisted on coming out of his cage and sitting by the other cage..

There is so much information out there that says it is probably not going to work out. My older pig is acting like I got him a wee pet... :)

its so cute when they shows signs of wanting to be with each other i have the same with Smokey and Bandit they cry really loud if ever taken apartrolleyes.Just as well though there names wouldn't be right if they weren't togetherxxxxx

Hiya,

it sounds like they should be getting along fine and the older one is adoring the little one, the humping is normal at the start and he should soon calm down but they need to stay together and not be seperated at night otherwise they have to sort out who is the boss all over again. If you can leave them together in a run (neutral ground) for a few hours where you can have an eye on them, clean out the cage they are going to live in and everything in it and when they are okay together put them in the cage and keep an eye on them for some time until you are sure there won't be any fighting, keep an eye out for the warning signs and make sure the little one doesn't get bullied. Here is a good site about introductions: http://jackiesguineapiggies.com/Companionship.html
