Though the smallest, Olive has a big personality. A quiet, yet bossy pig.
She’s petite yet strong, mentally..and physically.
At roughly 4.5-5 years old she has many funny quirks, My favourite quirk of Olives is her musical drinking. She takes a few sips from her ceramic water bowl, and in between taking sips she ‘ding ding dings’ her teeth on the edge of the bowl. You can always hear when Olive is taking a drink for the house dings with a cute yet comforting tune.

However, Olive isn’t always satisfied with just her tune. She often feels the need to drag her water bowl..Heavy as it may be, the weight, probably not far off Olives tiny 750g frame.. she drags it a good distance, maybe 2-3 g’pig lengths to where ever she wishes it to be. Usually puckering up the fleece as she goes. Creating a wave like motion..And soaking the newspaper underneath. Thus she does not care.
Olive also must always..always.. pull her little pellet (biscuit) dish closer to one’s self. Usually into a hidey. And at the moment that place is her bed. Up and over the edges. Alas..causing most of the biscuits to tumble out. Sometimes though..she’s surprisingly successful at keeping most in the bowl. Smug and snug in her bed eating snacks.

Newton finds her strange habits rather curious. He however knows better than to question his wife over these things.

Olive is a funny little pig.

Aww, what an adorable little character. She obviously enjoys her home comforts!
I'm glad Newton knows his place in the hierarchy

Olive is just like my Bryce! :yikes:

Bryce is a lazy boy. He pulls all the food bowls toward him instead of him going to them. Their fresh food bowl (where I put the cucumber and melon) is ceramic so it is quite heavy for them to tip over. But not heavy enough for Bryce. He pulls it by biting it towards him. He sometimes pulls it away from Whitney. 😂😂 Bryce is always surrounded by food bowls. 🤣🤣

In their loft, I put a small ceramic bowl for the pellets. Every morning when I clean it, it's always inside the wooden house. And I know Bryce is the only one who did it. Whitney doesn't even move any of the food bowls they have. Sometimes Whitney ends ups tipping over the pellet bowl because it's on the way of her and she was trying to avoid it, so she would jump over it and sometimes one of her feet catches it.

The amount of times I have to move the bowls back to their places everyday is too much to count. 🤣🤣

Oh Bryce and Olive would make a good pair!
Olive also pulls bowls right from under Newtons nose..while he’s eating! 🤣
What funny piggies we have! I'm surprised their teeth are still in-tact!
Love the photo, Maybe it’s a black and white, striped piggie thing! :))

Olive sounds like such a character piggy. I love these golden oldies who’ve learned such interesting tricks over the years.
