Bill and Ted are enjoying their holiday in Devon, lots of juicy grass for them to eat! Going to the Donkey Sanctuary and riding the Seaton Tramway today. Having a great time, the village/cottage is gorgeous! Walked from Otterton to Budleigh Salterton yesterday, lots of felled trees from beavers but didn’t see one.
Got a great GP card from one of my friends and nagging wife one from OH which is very funny 😆

Happy holiday and happy birthday! Bill and Ted look very relaxed. Enjoy the tramway, it's a lovely ride for bird watching!

Happy Birthday! I love that area, we used to go there for days out before the motorway got so busy it became a chore rather than a pleasure. I hope you all have a great time.

Now I am feeling inspired.
We are trying to decide where in the UK to visit for a week next Summer, and I am starting to think Devon might fit the bill.
I absolutley love donkeys and last year we went to the Isle of Wight - I picked it slightly becasue of the donkey sanctuary :))

Happy holidays @Bill & Ted
You look like you're home away from home
I was thrilled when I discovered that piggies can holiday too!

Happy birthday :cake:

I might be biased but I reckon Devon's a great place to come 😁
It's beautiful, there's lots to do and so many different environments - whether you like coast / seaside (different North and South), farming countryside, quaint countryside, moorland, history or ponies / foals / donkeys 🐴🐎🏇🎠

Happy Birthday 🎉🎈🍾🎂🎁

Sounds like you are all having a lovely holiday, hope the weather stays nice for you 😊

Hi. I'm trying to find pig friendly holiday. Do you mind me asking the name of your holiday cottage? Who did you book through? I've rung Hoseasons and they've said each park has its own rules so I feel several phone calls will be needed 😣

The link above is the cottage we stayed at in Otterton Devon. They were happy to take our piggies Bill and Ted. unfortunately I don’t know about this company because they have taken over the running of it at the end of November 2019. You would have to check and see. I just said that we would keep them in the cage. I have also taken them for a long weekend to Ladram Bay but didn’t ask the park, they stayed in there cage and did’t cause any damage and better behaved than doggies!

Oh how fab! Sounds like you are having a great time! My children got to adopt a donkey each this Christmas from the Donkey Sanctuary (Manchester) & we went to see them recently- they do amazing work.....gets the brain thinking what if I had a bit more land 😂 enjoy the rest of your holiday (and love to your piggies from mine!) xx
