Just wanted to share a pic of the herd all bonded. The original 5 have accepted the three new girls without any fuss after living side by side with them for a week.

When I collect my other skinny in June, Trudie and her will go into their own setup, leaving the other 7 as a herd themselves :)

What a lovely big bunch of happiness. I would love to hear them all squeaking for food, I bet it's quite a thing to behold!

and the piggie in the middle, the one with black and white fur makes me laugh! he seems as if he had put on a jacket! :luv:
He looks like a conductor (orchestra):lol!:

She does have a unique pattern yes :D

Very loud, but I love every moment of it!

Why will the skinnypigs live separately? I would have thought that it would be good for them to have furry friends to cuddle up to.

Trudie has a tendency to be bullied in the big group, she's soft as muck. Also, with the rest of the group spending so much time outside when she can't, I didn't want to have her on her own because she can't go out as much, so she has a new friend coming. Trust me, she'll be plenty warm in my house.

The look great together and just out of interest how big is te C&C for all 7?
Not that I am in a position to add any more piggies (I am pretty certain that 4 is our limit mainly because of Ruby) but you never know...

It's a 2x11 :)

Oh my :luv: slightly jealous yours all bonded so easily haha! They are all just so lovely and are very lucky to be living with you :) I would so love a herd... they must be so interesting to watch  x

So glad they are getting on well. Your set up is wonderful.
It's my dream to have a herd one day but I'd need a bigger house. Better start doing the lottery!

Oh I see. It will be lovely for her to have a new friend.

It's better than tv watching pigs and you must see some dramas with all those females!

:luv::love: Lovely pigs and cage. Hope Trudie's introduction goes well x

Mind me asking where you got your hay rack(s)? Is it better/safer than a c&c grid hay rack? I love having the hay just piled up in the hay tray but would also like to avoid the current situation of all of the hay being used as a wee spot

I ordered them from Amazon, link below :)

Wow, Flutterby. I like your set up.

Your herd is in a 2x11? My 7 are in a 2x10, but they also have a 2x2 loft...I'm not showing my lot your cage. They will want to either move out or hold a protest!

What a lovely photo of the piggies together! They are all such cuties. Your cage is simply amazing, all those fun toys!

Thank you :) They weren't impressed at first as I took out all the hideys so they couldn't scrap over anything during introductions, but now they have them back and it's like christmas has come!
