I have one guinea pig named Hank and he is kind of quiet and another named Flash. Flash has been trying to hump Hank ever since we got them about a month ago. Tonight Flash and Hank were under the hut that we have in the cage and Flash would keep trying to hump Hank and Hank would be squealing and freaking out. I have never had guinea pigs before and I’m not sure if I need to separate them. It’s a constant thing with them.
Hi and welcome!
Firstly, have you double-checked the gender upon arrival to make sure that you have two boars? Mis-sexing is sadly not at all uncommon.
Our illustrated sexing guide will show you where to look to make sure that you have two of the same:

How big is your cage? Teenage boars need all space they can get.
Cage Size Guide
Also remove any hideys that don't have two exits to minimise the risk of bullying and make sure that you have everything (hideys, bottles, bowls, access to hay) in two. Remove the bowls between meals (you should only feed 1 tablespoon of pellets per piggy and a small portion of balanced veg and herbs (sweet carrots, sweet corn and any fruit and tomato should be used as occasional treats for long term health and a longer life).
How old are your boars? It is likely that they are entering the hormonal teenage months. Whether they make it as a pair or not is down to whether they are compatible or not. There is no magic wand measure that can change personality or their social interaction; neutering certainly doesn't do it.
Please take the time to carefully read these guides below. They talk you through all the aspects of boar life and the teenage months in particular, from the measures you can take to stabilise the bond, how to introduce them safely to not trigger an upset to how to test whether your bond is functional or not (fighting/bullying) to what options you have in the case that your boys have reached the end of the line and do no longer get on:

All the best! Ideally you get or make a divider so you can split your boys for a day or two if there is an extreme hormone spike. Please follow the tips on how to re-introduce on neutral ground and how often you can do this safely without destabilising the bond in the teenage guide link above.
