One little skin bumb

I was petting my guinea pig Ruby when I suddenly felt a little bump on her side. It had a small little scab in the middle. Its only the one bump. Any suggestions on how to take care of it.
 
A 'little' bump can quickly turn into something worse. I wish we'd have spotted Whizz's bump before it was too late but with his thick white fur we didn't notice it until it had leaked puss all down his side...

GET HER TO THE VET!
 
Ok I have decided to get her to a vet ASAP. Thank you to everyone who contributed to me making this decision. This was my first guinea pig so I was never sure what to do. Thanks again
