One Of My Boys Hogs The Food!

I have two males that we think are brothers. One is the more dominant and hogs the food from the smaller one. We've tried feeding them separately (one on the top level and one on the bottom level) but the more dominant one still runs down and pushes the smaller one out of the way to steal his food as soon as he realizes he has some. Now neither of them are too thin, probably a little too chunky if anything, but I just want to make sure the smaller one is getting the nutrients he needs. Any suggestions? Thanks!

If feeding away from each other doesn't help (and some piggies are so dominant/greedy that they will steal first and then eat their own share after), you may have to physically block access to the upper story while you are feeding.
