One Of Our First Girls - Putt

A thread today reminded me of one of our first girls Putt :drool:

She was our first lap piggy and the only one who ever used to climb up to get on me for lap time and settled down with us to watch TV for hours..

She was a bladder piggy and we used to have to test her wee often so it was this picture of my beautiful girl that has been stuck in my head all day. Here is is saying 'Dad! Take me out' Just thought I'd share the funny memory

I remember the day my sister walked into n with Zebedee and my gold plated Dougal, tiny balls of fluff scared stiff! I miss them dearly xx

She was a very funny piggy, always looked quizzical! We had Putt for around 5 years, she was around 4 months when we got her and her sister Pitch

She used to sit on rach's lap and I would kiss her head then she'd turn to look at me then face forward again... We'd keep doing this. She was the most scared piggy I've ever had until we lost her sister then she really built a bond with us. she was built like a Tonka truck :) She was one of those special pig in a millions. She also never wheeked apart from the night before she passed away which was really most odd.

The first ones always leave such a huge mark on you as they are the ones that start the piggy obsession :)
 
What a fabulous expression indeed Lee, 'I'm done dad you can check my pee now, now pick me up tut suite and give me cuddles and food as reward',

Bless, your absolutely right there is always a specially piggy in all of us.
 
Aww she was gorgeous :love::luv: little flooofy chicken bottom indeed, but she had a beautifully shiny coat, looks all floofy & yet smooth & silky.... that kind of bury your face in her hair & blow raspberries kind of coat, especially that brilliant white neck line :wub:

.... maybe that's just me? i may have just admitted something i shouldn't have?! :whistle::crazy:

Your raspberry blower you! :) She had such a strong piggy smell. Her and Cookie have been my most favourite pig Sniffers :)) Although Sasspy smelt amazing too!

.....I'm not the only one then... Phew! ;)
its that sweet hay X flooffy baby, piggy smell .... wonder if there's a market for that fragrance for an air freshener?:whistle:

just love the expression on Putts face, gorgeous girly :drool: xx
