I have four sows in a double storey hutch. One of my new sows has not yet mastered the ramp (she's been in there a week) but now i'm worried that she is not intergrating with the group because she will sit by herself when the ohers go upstairs.
And consequentley she gets pushed out when the grioup are all downstiars-what can i do?
 
Awww bless him, i hope he soon figures out that the ramp is for walking up :smitten:
 
You could try giving her a gentle nudge up after the others & back down again if she stays at the top, hopefully she will learn quickly & follow the rest of the group if she feels like it :)
 
awww poor little girlie. :smitten: maybe as someone has said, you could try giving her a nudge up it. pansy has a ramp in her cage and she's fine. :-\ maybe you could put her on it and watch to see what she does. hope she masters it soon. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
