Hi sorry to keep posting on here... Kiwi's hair loss has worsened today. She's got very thin on top. I think they both have mites now ffs. Itching a lot and white flakes in Kiwi's fur.

Would I be ok to use Xeno on her since she's currently undergoing hormone treatment? Obviously I'll treat Peri too

No but I've seen these white things last year and they were both treated with Xeno and that stopped it. It seems to be an annual problem this

Please speak to your vet to make sure that there are no issues. He can also diagnose the parasites for you. Mange mites are completely invisible (incusing the eggs that are burrowed into the skin) and of hay/fur mites you only see the tiny egg cases that are fixed to the hairs at the bum end. Lice are the small moving pale things.
It would be good to not treat on spec, especially not while your piggy is already undergoing treatment for another issue, but there is a possibility that the stress from being in season all the time could have lowered the immune system and allowed either a fungal skin infection or skin parasites to make a comeback.
