Anyone of you got an email from Sainsbury's saying as a vulnerable person you are getting first priority for online shopping and delivery? Hubby received an email yesterday identifying him as a vulnerable person. They got his details from the online account he has in Sainsbury's and they are getting details from the government who are these vulnerable people. Because of this, we have food delivery tomorrow. We asked our neighbours as well if there are items they needed so we can include it in our shopping, since a lot of our neighbours here are elderly and vulnerable. I wonder if other supermarkets are doing it as well.

Well some are doing it differently but the Government gave permission for supermarkets to be given a list of at risk or vulnerable homes. Tesco are limiting the number of items down to 80 per delivery. I have a household of 4 and never buy as much as 80 items!
I think it’s a splendid idea personally.

Just need now for my dad to understand technology and how to book a Tesco slot fully and not lose it.
