Ooops i think Ginger and Soot may be little boys

When i got Ginger and Soot the previous owners didnt have a clue if they were boys or girls. I wasnt too sure either so when i took them to the Vets to get checked out they also confirmed they were little girls.

When i bought my new little piggies today from the RSPCA they confirmed they were little boys and showed me to prove that they are boys and there bits are the same as Ginger and Soots malletheadmallethead

Just to confirm do girls have a little bit sticking out or are they flat? Also do male and female guinea pigs have nipples?

I have looked on websites for guides to sexing and i do now they they are little boys.
 
Girlie bits make a Y shape, whereas boys are more if an i kinda shape.

It can be difficult, I was worried that Marmite was a boy when she first arrived as her colouring (and just where the colour changes from black to brown) makes it kinda difficult

At least you've got two of each ;) So no unexpected bundles
 
Well do females have a little bit that sticks out?

I am not going to mix them just in case as i really dont want any babies.
 
I could tell right away that Bumble was a boy. I could clearly see where his winky comes out.lol Oh god arnt I crude.lol
 
To be honest thats what i think they have. But they have nipples so thats why i always went with what the Vet said. Do you think it would be ok to take pics of there bits for advice?
 
Right i have had a look and they are girls lol. I compared them with my boys (not at the same time) and could tell the difference straight away :) Thank you everyone for your advice x
