Adult Guinea Pig
last week I had my guinea pig girls for a whole year, I missed it :red
Not lurchers but I had missed having some guinea pigs for several years now and decided to take the plunge again and add to my family with a group of piggles. I researched a lot about different breeds and wanted a rex for definite, missed my abby I had before that sadly died of pneumonia after 6 months and having had rescue pigs beforehand sourced them from a local lady (thats all I am saying on that subject
). I intended to have two and rescue two but minty was discovered to have had her wicked way somehow so I got offered the pick of the females, she had just one female, destiny indeed and three weeks after meeting them she gave birth so after a week or so I could bring them all home, my trio of girls with such different personalities.

minty my abby, so sweet and reserved and thinks the best veg is what she has stolen from the others mouths
her daughter fudge who is a year and 2 weeks old, the little madam of the group, hates being cuddled and wants to be off exploring
and crystal, the boss of the group and so confident, the poor lady has skin problems and needs a bit more tlc than the others but we get there with her. She is a rex piggie and is by nature laid back, hates being cuddled but will chat to me when the mood takes her.
