Opinions On My Hutch Idea Plz

I've been thinking about altering my hutch set up and just wanted to run the idea past my fellow guinea pig lovers. I have 8 sows, all rescued and in great health now. I have two trios and a pair. They are all housed in 6ftL by 2ftD by 2ftTall. Now here's my quandary. Should I alter the 3 hutches and make them into 1 large tripple story? I'm worried that it will give them less space but I know guineas do well in herds. All opinions greatly appreciated
 
Perhaps it would be worth trying them together during floor time. This would help you see if there are any personality clashes before altering your hutches.
 
I would buy 2 pets@home bluebell 2 storey hutches. Each hutches can fit up to 4 piggies. I don't know any hutches that house 8 piggies but I think this is best!
 
Do you have a problem with keeping then the way they are? I don't see a need for trying to bond them all and alter their hutches (with a possiblity of making their space smaller). Do they do well the way they are or are you having problems with them being split into three different groups?
 
I don't have any problems with keeping them as they are,but I'm also happy to alter the hutches If they would be happier in a larger group
 
I think if they are working and are happy the way they are now that personally i'd leave them as they were :)
