Hello All,
I noticed this in my pigs cage. The pee could be up to five hours old- I haven't been with them today. Any ideas on why it would be like this?

It looks like there is some calcium in there (milkiness). The colour can be either from veg or from oxidisation of urine in contact with the air; urine usually dries an orangey/rusty shade.
