So my guinea pigs are just recovering from a uti, they finished antibiotics a week ago, and seem much better. However I’ve seen some orangery pees around the cage. Could it mean there utis are back, or is it because of something they ate? They have had quite a bit of carrot the last few days. Both seem completely happy in themselves.

@Wizzy Pee does tend to dry to an orange brown colour. Your best bet is to get them out for some floor time and line the floor with something white. Then you can watch them when they pee and see if it immediately orange or dries that way.

I’ve checked. It is immeadiately quite a vivid rusty orange- and then dries lighter.
