Haven't ordered anything from them no, but i'm looking for a run too and would be interested in other people's responses ;) which one are you thinking? xx

I have ordered from Zooplus in the past and they were very quick with postage despite them being based in Germany (I think) also I now get emails now and then with various offers they have on should you need to get anything else in the future :)

Ive ordered from them a few times. There customer service is terrible! First time i asked why they hadnt taken the payment out for the cage. the money was showing as going out then went back in despite me recieving the cage. They kept asking me if i'd recieved it. Then told me they had proof i'd had it. I kept telling them yes ive had it that is not the issue! The second time i asked thm if they were still stocking a particualr cage. They eplied with a link to all the cages. There seems to be some language barrier or maybe its just me. Sayin gthat i have always recieved what ive ordered within a few days and they have been good quality.

Brilliant brilliant company, customer service, price and delivery.

I've ordered a run, toys, hideys, grooming stuff etc from them and honestly i couldnt fault them! My run arrived within four days of ordering, and the delivery man put the run in the back garden for me which was nice!

My hidey i ordered from the arrived slightly damaged, when i phoned up customer service they gave me a full refund straight away and i was told i could keep the damaged product. Thankfully it was fixable with a bit of glue and handiwork!

They also have really good discounts now and then. I'd recommend them to anyone! :)

They mucked me about with my order and when I got the cage it was damaged so I can't recommend them personally:(

I've ordered from them quite a few times now. In the end Ive been really pleased with the service/goods/price.

Once I didnt get what I ordered but on contacting them the right things were sent and they didnt ask for the wrong things back. Another occasion an item was slightly damaged - I sent a photo of the damage and got £55 compensation which I was more than pleased with and was also offered an exchange. I also collect their points and get freebys and always order through quidco and get cashback too - I use them before anyone else now due to their prices and service,

HTH

xx

I think they're great. Really cheap compared to pet shops. Things get delivered quickly too, usually from the day I order something, it'll be there in a week. :)

One thing got lost in the post so I emailed them and they sent another one straight away, with no proof or anything, I could have gotten it and they wouldn't know because I don't have to sign for things sent by the post office. But I really didn't :))

I love zooplus

they warehouse is based in germany so postage can take a few days, for me it can be up to a week before it arrives, mine recently took just 4 working days and that was when I ordered on good friday so I am always happy with their delivery.

I have not had any reason to return any items and nor have I had anything go missing so I have not had to deal with their customer services but I have ordered many times from there over the 3 years of dealing with them, I am very happy with them as a company.
