Hello, my name is Oreo and I want to tell you my story of my Happy Ending!
I was born on August 13, 2010 and was separated from my mom at a young age. When I left my mom, I went on a road trip to Saskatoon where I was sent to a store called Pet Smart. I didn’t know what was going to happen. The people there were so nice to me. However they fed me Kale and I hated the stuff, yet to please them I ate it anyway. I enjoyed it there. But however that was to change. A family came in one day when it was cold outside and there was white stuff covering the grass. I heard that they wanted a pet for their daughter. She looked like she was small to me. I was leery about them. They didn’t seem too bad only that I was thinking that something was wrong with what they were asking. They were asking on what I needed and the type of care I needed…. I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t held and the girl kept poking the glass. I didn’t like that. But they insisted on buying me. I went with them and I was unsure about everything. Then I got scared because every time I was picked up it hurt and I cried. They didn’t understand. So I started biting and they hated it. I made sure I was not happy. They were very disappointed because I hurt their daughter by biting her and drawing blood. So they returned me the next day. I had only been there for a week. The person who took me back was surprised at my behavior because I bit her. She calmed me down and after three days with her I was back on display. Two days later a lady in a bright green coat came. I saw how she was looking at me and had a huge smile on her face when she saw me. She even talked to me! She questioned about me and asked to hold me. When I was placed in her arms I knew she was my mom and I snuggled in deep thinking please take me home. She said she would be back in four hours and to put me on reserve. I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT! I WAS GOING WITH SOMEONE WHO CARED ABOUT ME! When she came back, I was placed in a box and I hated it. She knew and made sure I was comforted. I arrived at my new home and I was immediately given a haircut on my bum! But that night she snuggled with me and I knew I was home. I snuggled with my new mom every day and night. I loved her so much. I love my home. They treat me so well. I hope my followers find their happy endings like I did. I was almost 3 months old when my mommy bought me and now I get to spend my first birthday with my mommy and my daddy. I am so happy that I went home with the lady in the green coat who is now my mommy!

x) Beautiful Oreo, I am so glad you found the perfect forever home! You are an adorable boy and deserve it.

I'm glad you are very happy Oreo, hopefully your new mommy doesnt feed you kale! We 3 are also very happy, we get fresh veggies twice a day, go on the grass when its nice weather and we go on holiday lot too to the hoomans caravan where we get to run around loads and go out on the grass, we tend to get more treats there too as there are loads of pet shops in town. We love the colour green we try to eat anything that colour!

At least the family with the too-young daughter returned Oreo instead of tossing her out into the snow, give them credit for that! I am glad Oreo has someone now who thinks about what she wants rather than having a small pet for an ornament.

I agree with you on that one at least she wasnt tossed. However I think the only reason why they took her back was to get the full refund. She is currently sleeping underneath her water bottle haha (her favorite place). I cant believe my baby will be a year old next month..... :)

aaaw little darling :))

Piggies can bite cos they scared - sad they gave up on him BUT I'm glad you have him now he will be happy with you :))

My Piggy bit me when i first got him cos he was cruelly treated and was scared of everything. Lots of love and gentleness can transform piggies into a relaxed content happy darling - Piggy was testiment to that :)

Enjoy your new home little precious one x

I think the problem was the fact on how they handled her and how she reacted. I know she gets mad by biting me sometimes but I am slowly teaching her not to bite. It works most of the time but sometimes she gets real mad (especially if shes in heat) and then she bites lol
