Origami for Piggies!

Ive always been able to make origami water bombs since i learnt it in primary school, I made my dad one last night and he came up with the idea of putting hay or 4age in for the piggies. So I'm going to have a go at making some out of newspaper, i made one from normal A4 paper but I'm not sure if thats good for them (doesn't it have dye in it?)

Would white A4 harm them? Has anyone else made origami for the piggies?
 
I'm sure white paper would be fine, on some sites they say give them a scruched up piece to play with. :)

Sounds like an interesting idea, I have tried origami but got in a muddle. Maybe you can post them up when you are done and tell this thicko how to do it? :D
 
The water bombs are quite easy to make..i think thats why i can remember them. You have to start off with a square of paper, ill have to try and do a step by step guide lol.

They have a hole at the top which you would put water through, they actually hold water as well. There would be plenty of room for hay to be put inside.

I used to be able to make a parrot, boat and hat but i cant remember now!
 
Dunno about the origami but my piggies are proficient in paper tearing! Some mornigns I swear I'm gonna find a paper chain of little people or trees! (sorry for hijacking)
 
Origami is the art of making 3d shapes (animals etc) out of paper!
