Hi all, been ages since I posted been very busy, as some might know I am a vollie at a rescue in australia, recently we had 2 one week old bubs handed in as mum had been PTS , unsure what the problem was with her, but the women that handed the bubs in was the sister of the pigs owner and she was trying to look after the bubs with no info on what to do and sadly one of the bubs passed away so she decided that it was in the bubs best interest to go to somewhere that could give them a chance at life, so they ended up at the shelter and as I was out there that day got to bring them home to give them a chance.
well they where very small and covered in divetelact as they had been feed from a teaspoon, so home I got settled them both into one of my small carriers and made up a feed, syringed feed both of them and back into the carrier for a few hours till next feed, this went on for about 4 days with them having 2/3 hours feeds. they have done really well had a few worrys in the beginning but all is going well now, they have 3 feeds a day and the rest of the time they are having dry food, grass, hay and fresh.
I will post photos they are both girls
