Greetings to you all.

One of our beloved piggies is called Billy, he had a very bad start in life as workman found Billy thrown away in a skip, Billy was covered in oil and straving.

Thank God the workman took him to our vets after lots of medical attention, we were asked by our vet if we would give Billy a home .

Billy has lived with us for 2 years we do not know his real age I guess he is about 4 years old. Due to all the trauma Billy does not squeak very much.

He and our other 2 boys all have a indoor rolls royce of a life. HUGE cages full of HAY , duvet, toys , papers bags, and plenty food.

All our boys are of different ages and backgrounds, thus they each have a cage each and each boy has a neighbour.

Ok here we go..... Billy seems sad no longer plays like he did, we guess he may be elderly............... we were wondering if Billy would like an older lady piggy as his " specail friend ".

You see Billy is shy even thought he has lots of cuddles, lap time and floor time.
I would not like his lady friend to bully poor Billy......... however we would like to help our Billy.

x does any one out there think Billy would take to having a older lady guinea pig ? x

Thank you all for reading this .

Regards and thanks again to you all.

I am sorry but I can't really help you with your query but I'm sure someone on here will be able to advise you.

I just wanted to say that it is so nice to hear the difference you have made to Billy's life - what on earth possessed someone to throw him out with the rubbish?! I mean, dumping an animal at the side of the road or at someone's house is bad enough but out with the rubbish! Poor Billy!

Poor little love, what an appalling experience. I'm so glad you two found each other. And well done to the builder who first discovered him.
