This time last year on the 21st of January at 4pm our little boy of 3 years old was put to sleep after 5 months of fighting liver disease.
Our little boy was a very special boy who everyone loved.
Darling Chesty you are now with Nan and Grandad.
We all miss and love you more and more each day.
