One of our guinea pigs in foster care gave birth to 4 beautiful babies on Christmas day :luv:
Ivy arrived in foster care at the end of October via one of our RSPCA Inspectors after being found with several other piggies who had been released in a field. On arrival, it was clear Ivy was pregnant and she just grew and grew! At around 3pm on Christmas Day she had the beautiful babies, please meet Jack, Frost, Belle and Beth... and of course the beautiful Ivy :luv:

Oh how adorable! Born the day I was supposed to be born! My excuse, I wanted presents twice a year not once. :))

They are so cute! I love their giant baby paws!
 
Oh.. could they be any more gorgeous!? I LOVE the black and white ones :)
 
So cute.fantastic that they are all in safe hands.Big pats on the back for all involved in the rescue and all involved in casting for them now
 
Aww what a heart warming story after all Ivy has been through, it is just as well she was caught. Were the others all caught in the end do you know?

We have two other little boys who came from the same field, Bracken and Bramble, who are still on our care and are looking for their forever homes. I believe all the others were caught but went to other RSPCA branches.

I am so glad that they were all caught, how could someone dump them in a field like that, poor guineas.
 
How lovely to have baby guinea pigs. I love abersynians (sp). I am considering getting a fourth guinea pig to go with my trio ...
