I rescued two elderly boars that had come with a 2 by 3 witch as you guys know isn't a suitible enough size for two pigs. Me and my mom want my dad to build an outdoor shed that equals about a 2 by 4 or a 2 by 5. We also want the shed to have a little gated area in the grass where they can lounge around and do guinea pig things, since they love going out in the grass. But because my weather can be so unpredictable I don't know if switching the guinea pigs in the summer to outside or switching them inside when it would get colder would stress them out.

Hey! Good on you for rescuing some Guinea pigs :-)

Everyone on this forum who houses the piggies outside in the summer always brings their pigs inside for the winter (unless they have a custom insulated and heated shed they use) it doesn't stress them out and will be perfectly fine to move them. If anything they will probably be really curious and interested when you move them and love their new surroundings :-)

Please make sure whatever hutch you use is waterproofed, and insulated even in the summer as the weather in the UK is still rubbish! People usually wrap the hutch in some sort of blanket, and use a tarp over the top :-)

In winter piggies 100% need to be inside in warmth and out of drafts because they hardly have any hair to keep them warm, like rabbits. I know a stupid guy who had his gunea pigs outside in an uninsulated/unwaterproofed hutch and they froze to death. Awful. You don't want your piggies to suffer like them.

You won't stress them out :-)

Oh, I should also have said, if it's a very hot sunny day, you don't want them being too hot in an insulated hutch either so take the insulation off on hot days! Keep your eye on weather forecasts every day :-)

Ok! Thank you for the information, It was really helpful. I'm just worried because there quite old (one is turning 5 and the other 6/7) And I don't want them to spend the rest of there lives in a 2 by 3 c and c cage (which i'm modifing to have a two story since that's the cage they came with.) :D

@Betsy knows a lot about outdoor piggies. Bringing them inside should be absolutely fine as long as you make it a gradual change of temperature. Piggies don't do well with big swings in temperature.

I have just brought my outside piggies in cos it's going to be -7 down here tonight. They are in the Conservatory which is the coolest room in the house as I know big temperature changes aren't good for them. I have a small window slightly open too as advised by @Tim. It wasn't difficult to weigh up the change in temperature versus freezing to death debate! They will only be in while the freezing blast from Siberia is here.

whats the coldest it has to be, to bring them back inside since it's still "technecally" winter and nights can get quite cold still.

Piggies ideally should stay within the temperatures 15 degrees celcius (minimum) and 24 (maximum). It's best to keep them around 20 if possible! Especially if your two are elderly, I wouldn't go less than 20 degrees celcius :)
