Outdoor guinea pigs and thunder

My girls are in the out house but i've had to leave the door open because it's warm. It is thundering here at the minute and I am worried about them as it's the first time it's thundered since having them. How do you and your outdoor pigs handle it?

Mine aren't botherd by thunder but they don't like rain. They are in the shed though. Tika was out in the thunder I was chasing her around the garden getting drenched the best I could do was get her in the outside hutch until it went off! Little minx! ;D

;D OH went to take the rubbish out. He looked in on them and apparently they were sitting in their living area looking out at the rain (like I said, I left the shed door a tad open) So glad they're in the out house though as it keeps them nice and dry

my piggies are in an out house too and they take no notice of thunder

So glad that there is someone else on here that keeps their pigs in an out house. I thought I was the only one as people either keep theirs indoors, outdoors or in a shed
