Outside noise in the summer

Hello fellow pig owners
About 5 of my neighbours are having their drives done up meaning there is a lot of noise. I currently can't close windows because it is very very warm and muggy(the piggies are okay).
Does anyone have any ways they can make noise quieter for the pigs while keeping them from overheating?

I had a new roof put on this year and despite the constant banging, Stripe came out of hiding for food and a little stroll. After a while he was just not scared.
