When can I put my indoor piggies in their outside hutch in the day. I know its 17 plus to go out in a run, but want to let them be in an outside hutch in the day ?
I did wonder if that was ok, thought I'd put snuggle sacks in there with them, so they could sit in them if they wanted. Would bring them back in at tea time or whenever the temp dropped. If you feel the weather is comfortable to go outside without a coat on then it will be ok for them too![]()
And pop back at late afternoon if temp still OK by then, is that OK?It’s about the temperature fluctuations - if the indoor and outdoor temperatures are similar and warm enough (above 15 degrees), then they can go out
Yes that sounds fine, I have been putt8ng my piggies out when the weathers sunny and they have been enjoying the fresh and air and grass for a few hoursI did wonder if that was ok, thought I'd put snuggle sacks in there with them, so they could sit in them if they wanted. Thanks for your help. Its catching the little devils to move them thats the struggle, they are so fast and gave figured out which ways I am going to try and pick them up. Clever little pets they are.Yes that sounds fine, I have been putt8ng my piggies out when the weathers sunny and they have been enjoying the fresh and air and grass for a few hours
