Over reacting about the cold?

:( i just heard that their was a frost hitting were i live tonight so i knew the temperature would drop below zero. so i panicked! my piggies are in the garage but its not insuated, but we have a fire so i think it keeps the heat in! It was quite warm inside for the piggies, i still threw in louds of hay, though its a waste, because tomorrow i have to clean them out because the cages stink of piggie wee (ewwwwww) :-\ I also chucked in the sleep sack so they could bury under it. i thrown so much in biscuit's bedding area she coudln;t get in and smidge will have to eat his way into the igloo. :)
oh well better safe than sorry
 
Don't worry too much, piggies can cope with the cold, its draughts and damp that are no-no's.

Hey i don't blame you one bit, i'd do the same if i had a piggie outside.
We're lucky ours have always been 5 star inside accomodation :D
And as far as a waste NUP i'd do the same thing, so maybe we're both over reacting type people :D ;D
 
I did exactly the same last night! Stuffed the beds with hay and put in their heatpads, now I'm gonna clean them all out! Oh well at least they were warm last night! :D
