I feel like I have a living breathing motorbike in the cage this week. He just stands near others doing it or even by himself. That and he has been on and off the water bottle the last hour. Can always hear him swallowing he is so noisy and so thirsty. I have had heating up due to the cold maybe getting warm in piggyville.

My most dominant boar is also the messiest he darts about and stuff flings out of cage, including poops. It falls quiet then he revs up again 😂

The random jumping on spot then pedal to the metal around cage. Even when it’s just fresh hay being stocked. Easily pleased.

He also seems to be growing too fast. I am surprised how massive these piggies have gotten over the past month.

I’ve made sure to clean them down under when I’ve needed during weigh in. This guy has got way too excited recently in humping his brother. The only thing I am not sure how to do is get the Weener to pop out to make sure it’s clean.

There goes the rumbling again right now.

I’m sure I’m going to soon get double the engines revving as a new boar will be joining. 2 pairs 2 engines. Ready .. set..

I’m set to hopefully get 2 stable bonded boar pairs after all this. If the new piggy is accepted I hope the younger can learn a bit. Since this piggy will be 1. The new boar is Sheltie. So I am going to be learning all about what it takes to keep this one clean and healthy too. Does anyone keep a Sheltie and have any tips to keep them happy?

I can’t wait to meet him either. He has a grey/black coat and white.

And now silence has broken. Maybe I can go back to sleep.

They're so fun. My girls popcorn and get serious zooming at breakfast and cage liner changing days. I've had my (cough, cough daughter's) guinea pigs since may and I didn't think I would love these little rodents so much
