Thinking of switching to this but it says for young ones but at what age do they start needing "adult" food? I'm thinking 6 months but this seems like a long time to be on an alfalfa based pellet. Help anyone? thanks

You can start with the timothy based pellets at 4 months. They will just eat more until adulthood/6 months.

The guinea lynx site says to switch from alfalfa to timothy when piggy is 1 year old and fully developed. Before I knew about that site I switched after 6 months because that was the information I had from other sites.
