I'm looking at buying the vitamin C, and immune support for all of my 8 pigs, and maybe the urinary support for one of my long haired sows, made by Oxbow. I know Oxbow is a trusted brand and it couldn't possibly hurt my Guinea Pigs to try their supplements, but I would like to know if there is actually any beneficial long term health value in giving these to them. I've heard the vitamin C especially is a very good supplement, but I haven't read much about the immune and urinary support ones. I know supplements are a 50:50 on whether or not they actually work, in humans and animals alike, and illness can never be truly prevented.

If you have experience with these please let me know what you think about them, I've heard many piggies love the taste of them also...pizap.com14658401291441.webp

I've tried all of them but don't use them all regularly as they are expensive. My pigs like them but I think you would have to commit to using them regularly to see any changes. I have 4 pigs so that is too costly for me. I have heard mixed things about the vitamin c ones. It is a water soluble vitamin so may extra will be urinated out and I have heard some vets absolutely recommend them and other vets have told me fresh veggies are better. No bad experiences but idk if they are amazing either. Although it is a healthier treat instead of some baked cookie treats that are full of sugar
