Oxbow Urinary Support alternative?

These have been recommended for our boy Miki by our vet, but there seems to be some national shortage - I can’t find them anywhere for their usual price!

Does anyone know of any alternatives?

Natures own do a bladder support tea. Not tried it yet though.
