Do you mean as a preventative or is your piggy having bladder problems?
If your piggy has a history of bladder issues, then it could be worth giving it, but also combined with the other diet advice for bladder piggies - keeping bladder flushed through, low calcium diet etc.
Giving it as a preventative, I don’t feel should be necessary if a piggy has a good hay based diet, access to grass and with their veg diet being a wet one, and low in calcium (including filtering drinking water and keeping pellets strictly limited to the recommended one tablespoon), then that should keep the bladder flushed through and be a healthy diet for them that extra support should not be necessary as a matter of routine.
